Knitted Knocker Guild Project

Knitted Knockers are special hand knitted or crocheted breast prostheses for women who have undergone mastectomies or other procedures to the breast.

We are working on a group Knitted Knocker project to support our local community. Laura will be delivering the knitted knockers made by our guild members to Community Hospital in September. If you are interested in helping with this cause, you can find the pattern and a list of acceptable yarns on our Resources>Resources Available page or by clicking on this link. The Knitted Knockers can be made anytime in case you can’t complete them by the end of September and either delivered to Community Hospital or to the Knitted Knockers organization for distribution.
